In this book, Mr. Wagner, a serious Bible student, provides great insight into the first chapter of The Proverbs. He specifically explains how applying its teachings will improve our lives in the world we live in today. If you are looking for an aid to understanding the wisdom of Solomon, which we’ve been given in The Proverbs, this book is for you. I heartily recommend it.

This book examines the book of proverbs (God's wisdom, understanding, and knowledge), not only as viewed by Solomon in his day but uses the biblical rules of Bible interpretation described in 2 Peter 1,20 ,Isaiah28 9,10, 1 Co 2 13, Neh 88. Solomon had no way of understanding Gods wisdom without the full knowledge which has been received by Christ"s death on the cross which gave us the full view of the gospel (good news). Through the authors understanding of biblical interpretation he methodically uses the KJV (God's only english Bible), to shed a light on wisdom that Solomon would have desired if it were available to him in his day. So get wisdom, get understanding, and GET THIS BOOK!

This is a well written and inspiring book. The format is such that it can be read in whole or as a daily devotional. It truly causes the reader slow down and contemplate each verse while gaining wisdom and knowledge.
